Early October is typically the start of my search for fall colors, but this year…
Awards at juried photography show
This past week, I had to fly to and from the Indianapolis airport. I had 4 photos accepted for The Nature Conservancy of Indiana’s Indiana, Naturally juried photography exhibit. I had not had time to see the show at the airport as I was recovering from my second partial knee replacement surgery during the opening event.
I was very surprised to see that two of my photographs received awards. My photo titled Sundance Lake IV was awarded the best landscape photo and my photo of a May flower bloom was awarded the Best Plant Life award.
The show will run until November 11th. Most of the prints are in the glass classes against the wall where you check in for your flight. There is a second display in the terminal that serves Southwest Airlines.
These and other photos are available for purchase at the B3 Gallery 61 West Main Street, Nashville, Indiana 47448. (812) 988-6675
